Eric Reighard is an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster at Allen interactions. His goal is to work closely with clients to continuously improve capability, address complex problems, and maximize their performance and success. With almost a decade of experience in instructional design, Eric has worked with a variety of clients like Sheetz, AccuWeather, and the Defense Cyber Intelligence Training Academy. His areas of expertise include Agile methodology, instructional design, change management, and leadership coaching. Eric holds a Master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from the American College of Education. He also serves as the Executive Director at The Johnstown State Theater Foundation.
