Top 10 List of the Biggest e-Learning Challenges

Designing and developing e-learning is full of challenges and opportunities. We want to create a Top 10 List of e-Learning Challenges. Can you help us complete this list?

10. “They need to know all of this.” Clients requiring too much information that should be shared in an alternate modality – downloaded PDF, link to website, etc.

9.  Thinking that e-learning (or training in general) is the solution to every organizational hardship.

8. Losing sight of the goal while in the pursuit of perfection – never-ending revisions and delays to project schedule.

7. Having a senior manager (or high level stakeholder) review the course at the end of the project and requesting a large quantity of changes.
